Expo Contracting is a family-owned and operated company that has proudly served the Greater Toronto Area for more than 50 years.

The company was founded in 1967 by Paolo Di Carlo, who built the business on hard work and pride in doing the job right. Over time, what began as a small family operation grew into a trusted partner for projects across the region.

Today, Expo Contracting is owned and operated by Paolo’s sons, Carlo and Marco Di Carlo, who continue to carry forward the values their father established. With decades of experience in excavation, site servicing, and concrete work, they remain closely involved in every project from start to finish.
